      • LIMITED MOBILITY: Naples and Pompeii visits involve SIGNIFICANT WALKING. Wheelchair users should contact us before booking. Please note that the archaeological site of Pompeii has uneven surfaces, but a considerable portion of the area has paths suitable for strollers and wheelchairs.
      • We will handle everything: tickets, pick up, all transfers, experienced and friendly guide.
      • PICK-UP TIME depends on your location and is customizable according to your needs! Kindly share a mobile phone (if possible with a WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a few days before the tour. Please use your primary email address to make sure you receive your confirmation. 
      • **If you do not receive further messages, the default pick-up time is confirmed at 8:30**Kindly wait in your hotel lobby and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver. He/she will bring you to the meeting with your guide. In the case of a B&B or apartment, stay on the street in front of the civic number. When pick-up and drop-off are at the port, kindly share the ship's name, embarkation, and dismemberment time. The driver will wait at the ship's dock, holding a sign with your name. The tour might start with visiting the main sites of Naples or Pompeii, depending on tickets' availability and other variants.
