• Please provide any mobility and wheelchair access requirements. Also, visitors with limited mobility can contact us for special requirements, such as wheelchairs or walkers. Ancient Rome area and Vatican Museums visits involve significant walking. Please note that the pathway from the Sistine Chapel to St Peter’s Basilica has 50 steps and is not wheelchair accessible. We would like to inform you that the tour will continue to the Basilica only if all members of your private group can walk down the stairs. If the group includes participants with reduced mobility, the tour will end without accessing the Basilica. Please also note that other participants in your group will have to take charge of pushing the wheelchair. However, visiting the Basilica in a wheelchair is still possible: we must return to the exit and reach the site from the outside. This requires about one hour extra time and an extra charge of €100,00 for the additional tourist guide service.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document copy or picture on the mobile phone that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Vatican.
• Please note that the tour might start at the Colosseum or the Vatican, depending on ticket availability and other variants.
• SUNDAY AND RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS VATICAN CLOSURE: On Sundays and religious holidays, the tour will include another site: Capitoline Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, St.Clemente Underground site or more time with a guide and driver to explore more must-see sites; let us know your preference.
• Pick-up time: 9:15 am **If you do not receive further messages, the default time is confirmed!** We aim to plan your day in the best way, optimizing your precious time! Let us have your requirements asap; tickets are nominal, not refundable, and time slots cannot be changed. • Kindly share a mobile number (if possible with a WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a few days before the tour. Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver - or in the street in front of the civic number of your apartment. -
• Cars and drivers might change at every transfer; please remember to always bring with you your personal belongings; 
• Drivers might not speak English or the language you require. Do not worry; your guide will! - Big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed; small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed - Cover shoulders (a scarf is OK) and knees inside the Sistine Chapel - Guides cannot skip metal detector checks.
• The Sistine Chapel might close without previous notice. When we receive official notifications, we will re-program the tour. On the contrary, we are unable to organize the tour differently. We will explain the Basilica from St. Peter's Square. We will stay at your disposal now and during the tour. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

At the entrances of museums and archaeological sites, they may check the correspondence between the names on the tickets and your IDs. Please remember to bring your IDs.
