  • NOTE: Tickets for the Leaning Tower of Pisa are excluded because they must be booked in advance. Furthermore, the tower has a 297-step spiral staircase leading to the top, and it is not recommended for visitors with back or heart problems or pregnant women. Children who have not turned 8 are not permitted to enter for safety reasons. An adult must accompany under-18s. Kindly confirm you wish to include the Leaning Tower.
  • Inside all sites, handbags, bags, and luggage are not allowed. Only small bags or backpacks with a max size of 20x30x38 cm will be accepted.
  • Kindly confirm you wish to include the Leaning Tower in your visit, specifying the age of participants.
  • Please provide any mobility or wheelchair access and diet requirements, together with the age of the children.
  • Note that the itinerary depends on several variants and does not always start with P.le Michelangelo.
  • Kindly share a mobile phone (if possible, with a WhatsApp connection) with us. 
  • Pick-up time might vary depending on your location and is customizable according to your needs. 
  • If you stay in Florence, kindly wait for your guide in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge that you are waiting for the driver. In the case of a B&B or apartment, kindly wait in the street in front of the civic number. In the case of a Shore Excursion, we will share further details.
  • If you enter a museum, big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed; small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed. 
  • If you enter a Church, cover your shoulders (a scarf is OK) and knees inside each church. 
  • Guides cannot skip metal detector checks - Some sites might close without previous notice.
