• LIMITED MOBILITY Ancient Rome area and Vatican Museums visits involve SIGNIFICANT WALKING. The Roman Forum and Palatine surfaces are uneven, but most areas have wheelchair paths. Please note that the pathway from the Sistine Chapel to St Peter’s Basilica has 50 steps downwards and is not wheelchair accessible. The tour can continue to the Basilica only if all members of your private group can walk down the stairs, but for safety reasons, it is forbidden to carry wheelchairs and walkers down the stairs. If your private group includes participants with reduced mobility, we can still bring you to the Basilica, returning to the Museum's entrance and reaching it outside with the car. Although there is a dedicated pathway for wheelchairs, please be aware that there may be a queue to enter the Basilica. Also, note that other participants in your group will have to push the wheelchair.
• VATICAN IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS (and religious holidays). Due to the high demand for the Wow Tour, we designed a Sunday experience when the Vatican is closed. With your guide and driver, you will explore St. Peter's Square, Castel Sant' Angelo area, and other marvelous sites like the Aventine Hill; from its top, you enjoy spectacular views over the city. As an alternative, we will propose an extra itinerary to explore more of Rome!
• STROLLERS: We suggest avoiding strollers and using a baby sling instead. Like wheelchairs and walkers, strollers are not allowed in the passage from the Sistine Chapel directly to the Basilica ( 50 steps downward ). Your private tour will end without the Basilica visit.
  
  NOTE: Tickets are nominal; if you still need to enter all participants' names, please integrate them ASAP with an email. Kindly bring your ID or a copy of it, or a screenshot on your mobile. The Museums' staff will check correspondence between IDs and names on the tickets ( no nicknames )

  3- WOW Tour - 7,5 hours: PICKUP AT 8:00 am at your hotel. CAR AT DISPOSAL: Avoid leaving valuables inside

  PORT: Drivers wait for a sign with your name at the ship's dock
  HOTELS: Wait in the lobby and inform the concierge you are waiting for a driver
  B&B or APARTMENTS: stay in front of the street number

  -Drivers might not speak English or the language you require. Your guide will!
  -Only small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed
  -Cover shoulders and knees inside the Sistine and Churches, scarf is OK
  -Pantheon visit is from the outside; if lines are reasonable, you can buy entrance tickets (on the spot € 5,00 each)
  -Take photos for personal use everywhere, except in the Sistine Chapel and of the Swiss Guards
  -Guides cannot skip metal detectors
  -Basilica and Sistine might close without previous notice
  
  The Colosseum and the Vatican do not allow delays to entrance time slots. The guide will follow a schedule to take you to all the mentioned sites. Please ask in advance for customization.
• YOUR ACCOMMODATION IS NOT BOOKED YET: no worries, you will book it later and amend the reservation. YOUR HOTEL/APARTMENT/B&B IS **NOT IN CENTRAL ROME** ( a radius of about 7 km from the Pantheon ). Let us know if the location is more distant; we will communicate the supplement for the extra distance. Pick-up from Fiumicino or Civitavecchia requires a transfer supplement.

At the entrances of museums and archaeological sites, they may check the correspondence between the names on the tickets and your IDs. Please remember to bring your IDs.
