  • The Vatican Museums' visits involve significant walking. Please provide any mobility and wheelchair access requirements. The wheelchair path does not cover all the museum rooms. Also, visitors with limited mobility can contact us for special needs, such as wheelchairs or walkers. Wheelchairs and walkers are not allowed in the passage from the Sistine Chapel directly to the Basilica.
  • Strollers: We suggest avoiding strollers and using a baby sling instead. The Roman Forum and Palatine surfaces are uneven, but most of the area has a stroller path. Like wheelchairs and walkers, strollers are not allowed in the passage from the Sistine Chapel directly to the Basilica.
  • St Peter's Basilica: The tour can continue to the Basilica only if all visitors can use the stairs without wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers. In those cases, the 3-hour tour will be inside the Vatican Museums. Your guide will coordinate the timing in both cases. If you wish to enter the Basilica, avoid the Wednesday morning tour. When the Pope holds the audience in the square, the Basilica will be open to visitors at 1:00 pm.
  • The guide will take care of all admission formalities. There might be other information we need to communicate, such as slight variations in meeting time. Therefore, we ask you to check your e-mails and, if possible, share a mobile phone number with us, preferably with the WhatsApp system. We aim to help you plan your day in the best way, optimizing your precious time! If you do not receive further messages, the default meeting time and place is confirmed as follows: - 9:45 am tour OR 2:45 pm tour: meeting point at Viale Vaticano 100 just opposite the monumental entrance of the Vatican Museums.
  • This is a quick reminder for your tour: Big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed; regular ones are allowed. Inside the Sistine Chapel and the Basilica, Cover shoulders (a scarf is OK) and knees. Guides cannot skip metal detector checks. The Sistine Chapel might close without previous notice. At the last minute, we are unable to organize the tour differently.
What to bring

    At the entrances of museums and archaeological sites, they may check the correspondence between the names on the tickets and your IDs. Please remember to bring your IDs.
