• Please provide any mobility and wheelchair access requirements. Also, visitors with limited mobility can contact us for special requirements, such as wheelchairs or walkers. Ancient Rome area and Vatican Museums visits involve significant walking. Please note that the pathway from the Sistine Chapel to St Peter’s Basilica is not wheelchair accessible. We want to inform you that the tour will continue to the Basilica only if all members of your private group can walk up and down the stairs. If the group includes participants with reduced mobility, the tour will end without accessing the Basilica. Please also note that other participants in your group will have to take charge of pushing the wheelchair. However, visiting the Basilica in a wheelchair is still possible: we must return to the exit and reach the site from the outside. This requires an extra transfer and charge of €100,00 for the additional service.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking and bring along your IDs. Failure to present them may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The names on the tickets must match the names on your IDs ( no nicknames).
• Our staff will handle all procedures for entering the sites. Your driver will wait at the dock of your ship, holding a sign with your name. Note that the tour does not always start with the Colosseum. 
• The Itinerary depends on ticket availabilities, the site's variations in opening times, and other variants. Pick-up time will be confirmed; kindly share a mobile phone (if possible with a WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a couple of days before the tour. Pick up time might vary depending on your location. Pick-up time is also customizable according to your needs. We aim to plan your day in the best way, optimizing your precious time! **If you do not receive further messages, the default time is confirmed!** 
• A quick reminder: - Cars and drivers might change at every transfer: remember to bring all your belongings with you - Big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed; small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed - 
• Guides cannot skip metal detector checks. Contacting the Customer Care Service is extremely easy to modify your booking. We can easily customize your tour. Do not hesitate to let us know your requirements as soon as possible.
• Kindly provide all details regarding the Cruise name, disembarkation, and embarkation times to confirm or modify the pick-up time and place accordingly. The driver will wait at the dock of your Ship with a sign with your name.

At the entrances of museums and archaeological sites, they may check the correspondence between the names on the tickets and your IDs. Please remember to bring your IDs.
