• Please provide any mobility and wheelchair access requirements. Also, visitors with limited mobility can contact us for special needs, such as wheelchairs or walkers. Ancient Rome area and Vatican Museums visits involve significant walking. Please note that the pathway from the Sistine Chapel to St Peter’s Basilica has 50 steps and is not wheelchair accessible. We want to inform you that the tour will continue to the Basilica only if all members of your private group can walk down the stairs. If the group includes participants with reduced mobility, the tour will end without accessing the Basilica. Also, note that other participants in your group will have to take charge of pushing the wheelchair. However, visiting the Basilica in a wheelchair is still possible: we must return to the exit and reach the site from the outside. This procedure requires one-hour extra time and an extra charge of €100,00 for the additional tourist guide service.

  For successful entry to the Colosseum and Vatican, each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document copy or picture on the mobile phone that matches the name provided at the time of booking.
• SUNDAY AND RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS VATICAN CLOSURE: On Sundays and religious holidays, the tour will include another site: Capitoline Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, or St.Clemente Underground site; let us know your preference.
• Dear Customer, make sure you booked the right tour option: - City Center Pick up & Drop off: pick up at 9:15 am - Shore Excursion: from Civitavecchia Port pick up at 8:00 **If you do not receive further messages, the default time is confirmed!** We aim to plan your day in the best way, optimizing your precious time! Let us have your requirements asap; tickets are nominal, not refundable, and time slots cannot be changed. Last minute, we can purchase new tickets at an extra charge, according to availability. 
• The tour includes the visit of: Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine, Lunch. Note that the tour does not always start with the Colosseum. The Itinerary depends on ticket availabilities, the site's variations in opening times, and other variants. 
• Kindly share with us a mobile number (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a couple of days before the tour. Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver - or in the street in front of the civic number of your apartment. - In case of Shore excursion, wait at the dock of your ship where a private driver waits with a sign with your name.
• Cars and drivers might change at every transfer and will not be at your disposal; please remember to always bring with you your personal belongings; 
• Drivers might not speak English or the language you require. Do not worry; your guide will! - Big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed; small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed -
• Cover shoulders (a scarf is OK) and knees inside the Sistine Chapel - Guides cannot skip metal detector checks. 
• SUNDAY AND RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS VATICAN CLOSURE: The tour will include another site such as Castel Sant'Angelo - The Sistine Chapel might close without previous notice. When we receive official notifications, we will re-program the tour. On the contrary, we are unable to organize the tour differently. We will explain the Basilica from St. Peter's Square. We stay at your disposal now and during the tour.
• WE PICK UP/DROP OFF FROM AND TO ALL CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTELS, B&B, APARTMENTS, PORTS, AND RAIL STATIONS! If your location is **not in central Rome** ( a radius of about 7 km from the Pantheon ), let us know its place, and we will communicate the supplement for the extra distance. 
• YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED YOUR HOTEL YET: no worries! You will amend your booking later with the name of your hotel or the address of your B&B/Apartment. Kindly add to your booking a mobile phone (if possible with a WhatsApp connection) and use the email address you use the most for your booking. **If you do not receive further messages, the default pick-up time is confirmed (8:00 from Civitavecchia port / 9:15 from your central location) 

At the entrances of museums and archaeological sites, they may check the correspondence between the names on the tickets and your IDs. Please remember to bring your IDs.
