• Facilities: Please inform us about any requirements so we can better organize your day, such as if you have children, wheelchairs, walkers, or people needing extra attention. Our staff is prepared to accommodate any request, like using toilets during the tour. Nevertheless, advance notice would be appreciated.
• Dietary Requirements: We can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. If you have dietary requirements. Please indicate it to the special requirements at the time of booking.
• SUNDAYS: The Vatican is closed to visitors; therefore, we will propose alternatives such as Castel Sant'Angelo, the Capitoline Museums, an Underground site, or extra time outdoors to explore more of Rome's must-see sites.
• NOTE: Tickets are nominal; if you have not entered all participants' names, please integrate them ASAP with an e-mail. Kindly bring your ID or a copy of it or a screenshot on your mobile. Before entering the Colosseum and the Vatican, the guards will check the correspondence between tickets and IDs.
• PICKUP CONFIRMED AT 7:30 am at your ship's dock. Drivers hold a sign with your name and bring you to a private guide in Rome. Kindly share a mobile number, possibly with WhatsApp Inclusions (random): Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Navona Square, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum (from outside). Lunch 
• Drivers might not speak English or the language you require. Do not worry; your guide will! Cars are at your disposal: you can leave anything in the vehicle, avoiding valuables. Tickets are not refundable, and the schedule cannot be changed at the last minute, when we can purchase new tickets at an extra charge, according to availability. Ask in advance for customization. -Only small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed -Cover shoulders and knees inside the Sistine and Churches (and Pantheon) scarf is OK 
• Pantheon visit is from the outside; if lines are reasonable, you can buy entrance tickets on the spot (€ 5,00 on spot) -Take photos for personal use everywhere, except in the Sistine Chapel and of the Swiss Guards -Guides cannot skip metal detectors -The Basilica and the Sistine might close without previous notice Delays to entrance time slots are not allowed by the Colosseum and the Vatican. 
• The guide will follow a schedule to bring you to all the mentioned sites. Kindly ask in advance for customization. We stay at your disposal for any needs now and during the tour
• We will pick you up at 7:30 from your ship’s dock and bring you back to the port on time for your departure. Timing is customizable according to disembark and embarkation time. Remember to check it and share it with us.

At the entrances of museums and archaeological sites, they may check the correspondence between the names on the tickets and your IDs. Please remember to bring your IDs.
