• IMPORANT: Check your preferred option, with or without train tickets included. Anyway, do not worry, we will contact you as soon as we receive your reservation! If you choose to buy the train tickets separately, we will be happy to help you buy them, at your preferred class of service.
• IMPORTANT: We suggest having a snack during the trip to optimize your time in Venice and start immediately the tour at your arrival. If you do not have time to organize for it before the departure, the trains always have at least one restaurant/bar wagon and or vending machines. Every wagon has its toilet, we also suggest using it instead of queuing at the rail station.
• NOTE: Because of small docks and lots of traffic, private boats cannot wait for more than 3-5 minutes for your embarkation. Drivers require maximum punctuality to guides and guests.
• WHATSAPP: we advise you to share with us your mobile number with a Whatsapp connection. On your train, you can recharge your mobile phones with individual electrical and USB sockets and accede to a free WiFi connection.
• Pick-up time might vary depending on your location. **If you do not receive further messages, pick-up is confirmed at 7:00 am!** Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel in Rome and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver. In the case of B&B or apartment, kindly wait in the street in front of the civic number. 
• On your arrival at Rome’s rail station you will meet a staff member. 
• On your arrival in Venice, a private local guide will be waiting at the end of your train's platform, holding a sign with your name. 
• After the islands tour, you will reach St. Mark's Square for the walking tour ending at Venice rail station. 
• On your arrival in Rome, the driver will be waiting for the transfer back to Rome's hotel. 
• A Quick Reminder: -If you enter museums, we remind you that big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed (regular bags, backpacks, and foldable umbrellas are permitted). - Cover knees and shoulders inside every Church in Italy. 
• We will be in contact with all the operators involved in your experience and stay at your disposal now and during the whole tour, so do not hesitate to contact us if needed.
• WE PICK UP FROM ALL CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTELS, B&B, APARTMENTS, AND RAIL STATIONS! If your hotel/B&B/Apartment is **not in central Rome** ( a radius of about 15 km from the Pantheon ), let us know its location, and we will communicate the supplement for the extra distance. Kindly, on your booking, enter the information regarding your pick up/drop off location. 
• YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED YOUR ACCOMMODATION YET: no worries, you will amend your booking later on with the name of your hotel or the address of your B&B/Apartment. 

Remember to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and hats in summer, and raincoats, waterproof shoes, and umbrellas in winter. Always wear comfortable shoes.
